I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the employee Omar who accommodated us from our arrival until our departure and was by our side in every detail. We also do not forget Moamer and Mirage who were very friendly employees and served us with all love. A wonderful stay. I was happy to book in this hotel, and I will repeat my booking again in that hotel.

Very clean room, bedsheets, towels, our room was upgraded from triple to family room (a bigger one), thanks to our reception officer. Breakfast was good, hot dishes vary between days, the cold ones are the same. Not very happy with the coffee taste.

The receptionists were very helpful, especially Omar and Muammer and with the unique location, you can reach any of the good spots within minutes adding to enjoyment of their delicious breakfast. Overall the hotel is good. Sure will book again in Sorrisso.

The staff were super won coming everyone ensure that our stay is very comfortable enjoyable and we really felt home. We’re definitely going back back again and we will refer to all our friends.
